After-sales Service Commitment
We have complete material copies and file records of all the material sales and engineering direct-marketing to provide customers with faster, more accurate and better services. If any problems arise when you use our epoxy resin floor paint, we will reply promptly and provide solutions within 24 hours.
Materials Sales:
1. Implementing strictly in accordance with the Epoxy Resin Floor Paint Sales Contract signed by the party A with our company;
2. Making sure the raw materials (epoxy resin, curing agent, addition agent, and pigment) needed by the production process are imported; producing strictly in accordance with the material variety, quantity, color and packaging required by the customers and delivering goods according to the delivery time and consignee address required by the customers; and communicating ahead with the customers to confirm the shipping time of different locations and different quantity’s materials. It’s our company who is responsible for the damage, leakage and other issues of the materials happened during the transport.
3. Each batch of material sales is accompanied by the ex-factory inspection report, and operation instruction; and making sure the customer’s construction technique, construction surface, construction environment and construction workers and equipment.
4. If the customers have any problems when using the materials, we will communicate with them through telephone promptly (if necessary, we will go to the construction site), and provide solutions within the shortest possible time; if it is the material problem, our company will compensate for the materials, and if it is caused by construction, our company will help the customers to solve it.
Engineering Direct-marketing
1. Implementing strictly in accordance with the Epoxy Resin Floor Paint Engineering Contract Agreement signed by the party A with our company;
2. Constructing in strict accordance with the construction technique, material variety, and material quantity required by the engineering design; making sure the epoxy resin floor paint used in the engineering reaches or exceeds our company’s production and detection standards; and making sure the raw materials (epoxy resin, curing agent, addition agent, and pigment) needed by the production process are imported.
3. We provide one-year warranty period for all the epoxy resin floor engineering undertaken by our company. If customers have any problems when using the materials, we will communicate with them through telephone promptly (if necessary, we will go to the construction site), and provide solutions within the shortest possible time; if it is caused by our material or the construction, our company will maintain for the customers for free; and if it is caused by the party A’s using methods, our company will maintain for the customers promptly and charge for the cost of production.
